You can ask MINT10HOBBY TOYS RETAILING to delete the personal data held about you on Mint10Hobby at any time. This page explains exactly how, what is removed, what we are legally required to keep, and how long it takes.

Signed in with Facebook or Google? Removing our app from your Facebook or Google settings stops future sign-ins, but it does not delete the data already stored on Mint10Hobby. Complete step 2 below as well.

1. Disconnect the app

Facebook

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
  3. Find Mint10Hobby in the list of active apps.
  4. Select it, then choose Remove. Tick the option to delete the posts and activity associated with the app if it is offered.

Google

  1. Go to your Google Account and open Security.
  2. Under Your connections to third-party apps and services, select Mint10Hobby.
  3. Choose Delete all connections.

2. Request deletion from Mint10Hobby

Submit the form below, or email privacy@mint10hobby.com from the address on your account with the subject line Data Deletion Request. We will confirm receipt and may ask you to verify your identity before we act, so that nobody can delete your account on your behalf.

3. What gets deleted

  • Your account, username, display name, and profile picture.
  • The Facebook or Google identifier linking your account to that provider.
  • Your email address, contact numbers, and saved shipping and billing addresses.
  • Your showcases, showcase items, and uploaded photographs.
  • Your community threads, replies, and blog comments, or their anonymisation where a thread must remain readable for other participants.
  • Your wishlists, draft wishlists, saved carts, and notification records.
  • Your shop, listings, and storefront content if you sold on the Platform.

4. What we must keep

Philippine tax and commercial law requires us to retain certain records even after your account is deleted. These are locked down, excluded from normal operations, and used only for legal, audit, and dispute purposes:

  • Invoices, order records, and payment confirmations — retained for ten (10) years as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
  • Records of completed auctions, draft events, and breaks in which other participants took part, with your identity replaced by an anonymised reference.
  • Fraud, counterfeit, and abuse records where retention is necessary to protect other members — up to two (2) years.
  • Backups, which are overwritten on their normal rotation cycle.

5. How long it takes

  1. Within 2 working days — we acknowledge your request and confirm the reference number.
  2. Within 5 working days — we verify your identity and check for open orders, unshipped sales, or live event obligations. Open transactions must be settled or cancelled first.
  3. Within 30 calendar days — deletion or anonymisation is completed and we email you confirmation.

6. Automated deletion callback

For Facebook's automated data deletion request flow, our callback endpoint is:

Requests received through that endpoint are validated against our Facebook app secret, recorded with a confirmation code, and processed on the same timeline as requests submitted through this page. You can check the status of any request by emailing privacy@mint10hobby.com with your confirmation code.
